We do offer 24/7 emergency IT service for our current monthly service plan customers with a 24/7 service election. For our current hourly customers, we offer extended hours of support at no extra charge. If you are having an IT emergency, please call us at 217-395-3950 for the fastest service.
What is the cost of your monthly service plans?
Because every service plan is custom tailored to your business’s needs, there is no one-price-fits-all. However, most of our service plans range from $55-$200 a month per user.
Does Totality IT offer remote help??
Yes, we do! You can download the latest version of TeamViewer QuickSupport here. After you have TeamViewer installed, please call us at 217-395-3950. If you are already a client with a service contact, we can automatically remote in.
What is your hourly rate?
Our hourly rate is $85/hr, 30 minute minimum charge. We also offer free consulting for first time clients.
We have a business that can only be serviced late at night. Can Totality IT work with that?
Yes! We can schedule installs, upgrades, and updates at any time of the day or night.
I see you offer CAD, blueprint, and CNC services. Do you offer other engineering services too?
We do not offer any other engineering services.
